During our romantic escape, we had a hassle, free check, in and appreciated the friendly staff. the hotel's location within a casino complex meant we had plenty of options for entertainment and dining. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to stay within the complex for a fun night out.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the high standard of the rooms and the friendly receptionist who welcomed us. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and casino. Another advantage was the excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The check-in process was slow and the receptionist seemed untrained.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the breakfast at the hotel is outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers facilities such as a gym and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
The service at the casino could use improvement. There have been reported instances of poor customer service and miscommunication, which can be disappointing.
